PRICING

ExxAgent uses transparent, outcome-based pricing. You only pay for successful hires. As your hiring volume increases, your cost per hire decreases through three pricing bands.

ExxAgent pricing is simple. You select the band that matches your annual hiring needs. Your cost per hire is locked in. You only pay for hires who join your agency. If minimum commitments are not met, pricing reconciles to the appropriate band. This ensures fairness, clarity and predictable value.

STARTER

One to six hires per year

Cost per hire:

$3500-4500

Starter is designed for agencies hiring occasionally. You pay per hire with no long-term commitment.

GROWTH

7 to 14 hires per year

Cost per hire:

$3000-3600

Minimum annual commitment: seven hires

You receive lower pricing in exchange for consistent hiring. If fewer than seven hires are completed, the remaining balance is reconciled at the Starter rate.

SCALE

15 or more hires per year

Cost per hire:

$2500-3000

Minimum annual commitment: fifteen hires

Designed for agencies and FMOs expanding at scale. If fewer than fifteen hires are completed, the shortfall is reconciled at the Growth rate.
